Straight, Circular or Compact Fluorescent & HID lamps

These types of lights contain mercury and should be recycled whenever possible

Using our specially designed fluorescent lamp machine, lamps are disassembled into their components:
• Glass (used by others in the manufacture of fibreglass)
• End caps (used by smelters)
• Mercury containing phosphor powder (sent for removal of mercury through a distillation process; mercury then re-used)
